$43–$55/hr based on OR experience and certifications. CNOR-certified nurses start at $48/hr minimum. Weekend OR call differential: +$8/hr. UNAP union contract — step increases every 12 months.

We require at least 1 year of RN experience (any setting) plus surgical interest. We do NOT require prior OR experience — our 6-month perioperative residency program is nationally accredited and provides full scrub and circulator training. Many OR nurses here came from med-surg or the ER.
