About this role
In-home personal care delivered per each participant's care plan: bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care; light homemaking (laundry, meal prep, shopping); behavioral support; safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts; monitoring for changes in condition; and documenting each visit in AxisCare with clock in/out per visit. Full-time and part-time available. Set weekly schedule, Mon-Sun 7AM-7PM window; strong need in Woonsocket (early AM) and Westerly/Wakefield. Indicate your preferred area and consistent availability. Required: active RI CNA license; reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Preferred: experience helpful but not required.
