Join PACE Organization of Rhode Island as a Nurse Practitioner, providing primary care to older adults in our clinics, participants' homes, and care settings. Working in collegial partnership with our physicians and interdisciplinary team, you'll assess participants, develop and evaluate care plans, manage acute and chronic conditions, and help participants and families take greater ownership of their health. What PACE offers: salary range $120,000 to $127,000 depending on preparation (master's to doctorate), a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision), 403b with 3% match, 11 paid holidays, paid time off including your birthday, and more. Supportive management and a team-first culture, our COO is a nurse. Requirements: RI APRN license and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR-APRN), board certification in the appropriate APRN role and population focus, master's degree, CPR certification, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
