About this role

On-site personal care at PACE's Woonsocket Day Center, working under the Day Center Director. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene; meal assistance; taking vitals; behavioral supervision; leading restorative activities and recreation programs; and communicating and documenting with the interdisciplinary team (IDT). Required: active RI CNA license; day-shift availability; able to commute to Woonsocket. Preferred: 1 year working with elderly.
